Stene Projects – the future platform for contemporary art
December 2, 2008
Statement:
Stene Projects is a commercial platform for contemporary art and ideas. In the future to come Stene Projects thinks it is necessary for a gallery to be more open minded, mobile and flexible. Key words are social and economic durability. The ambition with Stene Projects is to make an attempt to widen the possibilites of what a platform for contemporary art can be. Stene Projects is very much inspired by Chris Anderson (The Long Tail), Linux (software) and the social impact from new technology. Stene Projects has the ambition to define itself as an ongoing process where the idea and content are more important than the actual space. The platform wants to be a dynamic transfer station for art, ideas or any expression that represents our time.News:
